Arrival and departure
The retreat will officially start on Monday morning August 10th 2020 and end Saturday evening August 15th. You can arrive on Sunday the 9th in the afternoon/evening and leave on Sunday morning the 16th. If you book the shared retreat taxi you will get an email with further information.
Food demos and workshops
At the retreat you will learn how to make delicious, nutritious, simple and complex raw food dishes according to the 80/10/10 principles (High carb low fat) with some gourmet raw food additions. You will be part of making the food and enjoy inspiring food demos. This will ensure that you put theory into practice and can return home with lots of new inspiration and hands on experience that you can use for the rest of your life.
Yoga
Almost every day you can enjoy beginner yoga and stretching with Alexandra. The sessions can take place inside or outside depending on the weather. Bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or towel if you would want to join the yoga classes.
Meditation
Every day you can join Louise for a 20 minute calming meditation. If the weather allows the meditation will take place in the forest at the special geomagnetic ‘energy spot’ called ‘the Czech Lourdes’.
Talks/ lectures/workshops
Every day you will be given a new and inspiring talk or workshop that can truly make a difference in your life. The subjects will vary, it can be anything from health, diet, and lifestyle to spirituality, mind-set, and personal growth. Louise will share knowledge that she normally only share in her Mentor programs and you will get knowledge and strategies that can help you succeed long term.
The focus will be on things that can help you:
– get success with a healthy diet (80/10/10) and lifestyle
– find your personal power and inner balance
– grow as a person and reach your goals
– boost your health, mood, vitality and energy
Other activities
During the week there will be various of other activities like walks in the stunning nature along the river. Petr will give a tour of their edible garden, Louise will do some workshops in personal development and Alexandra will share how she makes healthy and sustainable choices when it comes to personal care and cleaning products.
A day at the retreat could look like this:
- Morning yoga and stretching with Alexandra

- Raw food demo with Petr
- Lunch food prep workshop with Louise

- Talk on how to ripen and store fruit with Petr

- Evening walk along the river
