Arrival and departure
The retreat will officially start Monday morning on September 16th and end Saturday evening September 21th. You can arrive on Sunday the 15th in the afternoon and leave Sunday morning the 22th. If you book the minibus you will get an email with the precise departure times.
Food demos and workshops
At the retreat you will learn how to make delicious, nutritious, simple and complex raw food dishes according to the 80/10/10 principles (High carb low fat) with some gourmet raw food additions. You will be part of making the food and enjoy lots of food demos. This will ensure that you put theory into practice and can return home with lots of new inspiration and hands on experience that you can use for the rest of your life.
Yoga
Every day you can enjoy yoga with experienced yoga teacher Marina Grubic from Serbia. She practices and teaches Vinyasa flow yoga and has studied at “Yogea – Yoga Out Of The Box” school in New York City. The sessions can take place inside or outside depending on the weather and you will have to bring your own yoga mat or similar if you want to participate in the yoga sessions.
Meditation
Several times during the retreat you will have the option to meditate with Louise Koch. If the weather allows it the meditation will take place in the forest at the special geomagnetic ‘energy spot’ called ‘the Czech Lourdes’.
Talks/ lectures/workshops
Every day you will get a new and inspiring talk or workshop that can truly make a difference in your life. The subjects will vary and can be anything from health, diet, and lifestyle to spirituality, mind-set, and personal growth.
The focus will be on things that can help you:
– get success with a healthy diet and lifestyle
– find your personal power and inner balance
– grow as a person and reach your goals
– boost your health, mood, vitality and energy
Other fun activities
During the week there will be various exciting activities like walks in nature, fitness with Marina, a tour of the edible garden with Petr, a support group with Louise, social get together games and more.
